Hot Cross Buns
Does anyone have a good Hot X Bun recipe, I wouldn't mind surprising the OH with some frshly made ones!

However the recipe used for HX Buns is the one available from Kitchen Foods. It's 'scrumptious, but it does add to waistline!! |

Just made a great batch again using Kitchen Foods recipe - but not really happy using syrup as glaze - any alternative suggestions?

I simply mix icing sugar with water, so its very watery, or you can make an egg glaze by beating an egg then adding a little milk and sugar, let us know how you get on.
