I've have been making home made bread for a number of years, initially using bread machines 3 in total but nowadays I use a old semi -professional Kenwood and have always been pleased with the results achieved for the standard white and wholemeal loaf. However I wanted to make other types of loafs and to this end I soon realized to achieve a better quality I would need to add a bread improver. Once your sample pack arrived I could not wait to try a couple out and to this end I've made a fruit loaf and a wholemeal loaf the quality (texture and lightness) far exceeds anything I've made before. You can be sure I will be returning to order more of your products.

I have been cooking and baking for a good number of years now (I am 81 years old) and I received my first (very small) order from you a couple of days ago, which a 200g Farmhouse Bread Improver . My history of breadmaking has varied from just plain rubbish to quite acceptable, but I still could not get near to the standards of the professional baker. However I am thrilled to bits with your Improver and I will go so far as to say that I cannot remember ever tasting a better bread than I am now getting. This is what I think of your company : I think you are efficient, helpful, willing, honest, friendly and business like. Your product is quite fantastic and the claims you make for it are absolutely true. I bake in the evening, and I cannot wait to get out of bed the following morning to eat your lovely bread for breakfast, well and truly buttered with the finest tasting butter in the world, namely President butter from France, which still has the super taste that used to be sold loose, by the half pound from the barrel in English grocery shops, like Liptons and Meadow Dairy many, many years ago. Thank you very much for turning the pages of time back for me. I shall pass your address to everyone I see.

I absolutely loved the Sunflower & Rye Wholemeal Bread Mix. Would it be possible for you to reduce the postage for me for the 10 packs, perhaps courier would be cheaper than postage? Whatever you can do please, as I would love to get more of these. UPDATE NOTE; the website now reduces postage for you by adding up your basket weight and automatically finding the cheapest price.
