Choux Pastry Easy Mix 400g For Eclairs, Choux Buns etc

Choux pastry can be quite hard to make, this mix just needs water adding and mixing together, what about profiteroles filled with cold set custard, or chocolate eclairs filled with cream!! mmmm!! Simply add water, mix then use a piping bag to deposit onto grease proof paper then bake.
