This mix also contains healthy ingredients like linseed, (rye,barley) fibre,iron,etc... giving a delicious flavour . The mix has 4 times more calcium than normal bread, 50% more Magnesium, 50% less salt. It’s a 50/50 concentrated mix so you have to add half white bread flour.
