Great best quality doughnut mix, this mix is not the usual cheap mix that some people make doughnuts with, its the best quality and is only normally supplied to certain high street bakers.
Now you can buy it in a 1.5kg pack that will be ideal for doughnut makers or simply great fun making them by hand with the kids! (believe me they enjoy the mixing and watching them cook!!)
Its dead easy although its a challenge to get the right shape if making them by hand!!!! Normally "cake donuts" are deposited into a fryer with a special machine (like the ones at the seaside) this is the same but you have to drop lumps of the mix into a pan of hot oil, you can also bake them by simply 'dolloping'! the mix onto a oiled tray, brush or spray them with oil and bake.
If you own a doughnut maker just make up the mix and follow the machines instructions. Simply add half water and whisk, allow to stand and drop into the fryer, yummy!! The pack size will be 1.5kg which will be enough to add a few inches to the waistline!!!
