Italian Ciabatta Bread. A concentrate for making Italian Style Ciabattas the easy way, instructions supplied, great results every time. Just add flour, water, yeast. This is enough to make 20 x 500g of flour weight mixes, a 500g mix will make 6-8 ciabattas. It's really easy to make (unlike the traditional way) you simply mix the dough in whatever machine you have, pull it out into a bowl, allow to rise, tip out onto the worktop, press out and cut up, allow to rise again and bake. |
