Italian Ciabatta Bread. This concentrate will make 4 x 500g mixes, a 500g mix will each make 6-8 Italian Ciabatta Breads, you just add the flour, water, yeast. It's really easy to make (unlike the traditional way) you simply mix the dough in whatever machine you have, pull it out into a bowl, allow to rise, tip out onto the worktop, press out and cut up, allow to rise again and bake. Ingredients; WHEAT flour, Iodized salt, WHEAT gluten, (vegetable oil),dextrose, powder, (RYE) emulsifier E472e, glucose syrup, pea protein, flour treatment agent E300 (vitamin C), enzyme (WHEAT) |
