Choux pastry can be quite hard to make, this mix just needs water adding and mixing together, what about profiteroles filled with cold set custard, or chocolate eclairs filled with cream. Simply add water, mix then use a piping bag to deposit onto greaseproof paper then bake. Ingredients.... WHEAT starch, vegetable oil, EGG powder, starch, glucose syrup, EGG white powder,raising agent, E450, E500, MILK protein Salt. |
